Description:

Client Service Representative/Processor shall serve as point-person for client-based day-to-day operations. Work in conjunction with Life & Financial Advisors to on-board new prospective clients, process application(s), changes, amendments, claims, etc. Serve as point-person for regulation and delegation of L&F daily work load – beginning of day. Spearhead additional, daily operations and communications over multiple channels. Claims follow-up. AOA memos. Service and underwriting. Pending cancellations, late pay, etc. Enhance client service through generation of outbound service calls and follow-ups. Maintain/update client accounts and historical files, as needed. Conduct regular outbound client follow-up and contact, as scheduled. New client follow-up. Premium change notifications. Account reviews/re-proposals. Maintain/execute/enhance current outbound marketing strategies. Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirement:

Requirements: Life, Variable or Fix license is a plus. Attain additional certification(s), as needed.
