Our client, founded in the late 70’s has grown to serve the insurance and employee benefits needs of thousands of New York businesses and residents. The individual will responsible for collaborating with Producers on the development and execution of client focused strategies. Collaborate on a book of business and contribute to its growth and retention. Quote all small group and/or middle market business - new and renewing in the rating system or through the appropriate carrier sales contacts and make recommendations on products based on client’s needs. Lead all new business and renewal implementations for Group Health, Life, Dental, DB, Pension, Profit Sharing, etc.). Attend pre-renewal and post-renewal client meetings. Develop open enrollment materials and attend meetings. Review, analyze and process enrollment transactions and/or verifications; ensure accuracy in process. Assist clients with medical, dental, life, disability and other benefit claims. Exhibit competency with the Affordable Care Act and ensure clients remain in compliance.


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience, required. 5+ years of experience, preferred. Must possess a Life and Health Insurance Producer’s license. Applied Epic or similar agency management software experience. Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).
