   Description : Work closely within a team environment including the Producer, Benefits Leader and senior members of the Employee Benefits team assigned to the prospect to gather, review and evaluate current benefit plans, financial data and funding arrangements. Organize current data into a format that can be used to market the account and may be used as summary of key information about prospect. Meet with prospect as part of the team, as required. For new and renewal clients, work closely with the Producer and sales team to prepare and manage RFP process. Identify client’s needs and introduce services as appropriate. Update and maintain assigned accounts in our agency management system.
